Founded by Disha Gouti, a Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef with a degree in Food Science, our kitchen combines scientific precision with artisanal heart. We refuse to take shortcuts — from baking our own ladyfinger biscuits to crafting our own pralines in-house, every component is made entirely from scratch.
