The story of Oh Misu began when our founder, Disha Gouti, started baking at the age of fifteen. What began as a personal passion soon grew into the Sunday Bake Club, where weekend bake sales and exhibitions provided the first opportunity to share handcrafted pastries.
Driven by a fascination with the science of baking, Disha earned a degree in Food Science and Nutrition Management, later working in professional hotel kitchens to master the inner workings of the industry.
To further refine her craft, Disha moved to London to earn a Diploma in Patisserie from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. This journey from a scientific foundation to classical French training was fuelled by a dream to create a space where quality and precision come first.
The name Oh Misu was inspired by the love shown for her signature Tiramisu — a dessert where every element, including the ladyfinger biscuits, is made entirely from scratch.
